This lotion aims to improve on the current across the skin products available for men with low testosterone. The potential advantages of this lotion include reduced application area, rapid drying time, reduced risk of transfer to others and reduced skin irritation. Up to 150 subjects will be enrolled in up to 50 centres in US, EU and Australia. Men who have a blood testosterone level below a specified amount, and who meet all other inclusion criteria determined by the doctor, will start on a 60mg dose of this lotion. The lotion will be applied to the armpits using a special applicator. The subjects will be required to stay overnight in the hospital on 3 occasions to carry out blood tests.
